Di restoran, biasanya Saus Tartar disajikan sebagai pelengkap hidangan laut. Terbuat dari mayonnaise, pickles, lemon, dan bahan lainnya, rasa saus tartar yang asam cocok dihidangkan bersama Ebi Furai. Cara buatnya sangat mudah dan simple.

Resep Saus Tartar

Bahan:
2-3 sdm lemon
4 sdm mayonnaise
⅓ siung bawang putih, parut
2 sdt bawang bombai
1 butir telur rebus
2 buah pickles
1 sdt madu
½ sdt kecap inggris / worcester sauce
2 sdm daun dill
Garam, merica sesuai selera

Langkah:
1. Potong semua bahan-bahan dengan ukuran yang sama, masukkan ke dalam wadah
2. Tambahkan mayonnaise, aduk hingga merata
3. Tambahkan madu dan kecap inggris
4. Tambahkan garam, merica dan air lemon
5. Saus Tartar siap disajikan

Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp lemon
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/3 clove garlic, grated
2 tsp onion
1 pc boiled egg
2 pc pickles
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dill
Salt, pepper to taste

Steps:
1. Chop all of the ingredients in the same size and add to a bowl.
2. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Add the honey and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Add some salt, pepper, and the lemon juice.
5. Tartar Sauce is ready to serve.
