There are so many action steps that you can take that help these types of issues. The action step that I discuss the most is improving the health of your cell membranes. This can have benefits for emotional/psychological issues but also your whole body's health and wellness. The vast majority of people improve the health of their cell membranes by taking Omega 3 fish oil supplementation. Research has shown that when you have psychological issues or other neurological problems, you should take 10,000 mg/day. I usually recommend this dose for about 4 weeks, followed by approximately 5,000 mg/day perpetually. This amount can be lessened by a diet that aggressively limits Omega 6's, such as the Paleolithic diet.
