Arranged inside the amphitheater of a dissolved volcanic cone, the 42-hectare Bisate site is unique as far as its characteristic wonder, with clearing sees towards the Karisimbi, Bisoke and Mikeno volcanoes. It is sufficiently close to Kinigi (the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters) to be helpful for visitors' morning gorilla treks, yet far enough away in order to feel remote and even – because of the spearheading nearby indigenous reforestation venture – some portion of the dynamite Park.
