I found my experience to be absolutely stress free. Bluenile.com was very honest and open with me on their items as well as nearly zero pressure to make a purchase. They aren't commissioned sales reps like what you find in a jewelry store.
Ordering was simple and easy, shipping came lightning fast and a signature was required to receive the package. The ring itself looks WAY nicer in person than it did online. That was a huge surprise because you never really know what you might get when making a large purchase like this.
Along with the diamond engagement ring, Blue Nile included 2 copies of the appraisal for insurance purposes as well as a ring sizer (in case you need to resize the ring) and all the necessary paperwork on proper care for the ring.
