How to get a heel hook 😎
Here's 2 different options I like to use when I'm trying to expose the heel for from the saddle position/ inside sankaru.
What do you do? 🤔
If your opponents happens to pull their leg free to avoid the Aoki lock or outside heel hook. These are some good options. That's if they give you this reaction.
Controlling the opposite leg is important, yes, as it is a handle, but it is also a barrier when you are trying to attack the primary leg for your inside heel hook 🪝
