Russia has arrested 11 people including four suspected gunmen in connection with a shooting rampage that killed 143 people in a concert hall near Moscow on Friday night.
The attack comes days after President Vladimir Putin cemented his grip on power in Russia, with a landslide elections victory. Putin has yet to comment on the shootings.
Against the backdrop of Russia's war in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has vehemently distanced Kyiv from the shootings.
