Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 (LRA)as amended
Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 (EE) (actions that are considered as
discriminatory)
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (BBBEE)
including the seven pillars
Skills Development Act 97 of 1998(SDA) including reference to the
National Skills Development Strategy, i.e. SETAs – Sector Education and
Training Authorities, including but not limited to issues such as Workplace
Skills Plan and Annual Training Report
Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997 (BCEA) as amended specifying inter alia Minimum wages in the Sectional Determination
