Today on our 2011 GMC Sierra, we'll be installing the Clazzio Perforated Leather Seat Covers in light gray Also available in the color tan beigeand in black. It'll allow you to take your old seats from torn and tattered to practically brand new. As you can see, it's going to be a complete coverage for your bucket seats. It fits nicely around our backrest and seat, and tucks in completely around out trim. It also provides complete coverage for our headrest. This kit comes complete with everything you need to cover both front seats.
Here in the rear we have that same great coverage for our bench seat. As you can see, there's no interference with the operation of our seat belts, and once again it fits nicely with our trim. We also have that same great coverage for both of our headrests, and of course we're still able to fold up both of our rear seats. While we have it up, you can see how it's total coverage for the underside as well. The seat covers are perforated for ventilation, and feature memory foam inserts. The Clazzio seat covers are double stitched along the seam for durability and a high class look, and the threading is designed not to interfere with our seat air bags.
Unlike some seat covers, we won't lose our back pockets. Let's go ahead and get them installed. First thing I want to do is take our correct side, and refer to your instructions. We'll take the bottom portion of the seat, and we're actually going to turn it inside out. We're going to lay it right on top of our seat, just like that. Then we're going to tuck the back portion flap in between our seat.
You can see we've got this little protector here for our hook and loop, we can go ahead and peel that away, and just begin tucking this down through. When we pull the tab through, the hook and loop is just going to attach to the bottom portion of the seat. Now back here at the front, let's fold our seat cover over. You can see it start to take shape. Now before we finish tucking in the sides underneath the plastic, let's go ahead and put our string towards the back behind the seat.
Back here behind the driver's side seat again, we just want to make sure to pull our string all the way back. We're not going to tie it up just yet, we just want to make sure it gets all the way back here. Now back up towards the front, we want to tuck this flap in here to this area here. We can actually grab our included tool and just start tucking it down in. Just tuck it all the way around that plastic, so for the other side we've got a little bit of tucking to do over here between the plastic. Now with everything tucked in up front, let's go ahead and tie up our strings. Then we can hide it underneath there. Now with our seat cushion in place, let's go ahead and do our backrest. First thing we need to do is take off the headrest. We'll just pull out our headrest and set that aside. You want to make sure that you grab the driver's side, and to get it installed we're actually going to turn it inside out halfway. Then we'll just head inside, we'll set it right on our seat. We'll grab it from the sides and just pull down. Make sure to pull it all the way down to the plastic and then some, just to make sure that it's tight, and then we can tuck it later. Now before we go any further and tuck it in, let's go ahead and line up our headrest holes on top. You may have to shift it a little bit and pull it over, that's what you want. Then we'll grab our included tool, and we're going to tuck in around. Just work our way around. Now we'll work our way down to the bottom, and we're going to tuck this tab in between our two seats. Now we're on the side, and another thing we also want to make sure before we start tucking it in, is to kind of roll the fabric around the padding or the cushion, that way it's where it needs to be. Then we'll just grab our tool like before, and just tuck it in. Now with the seams all tucked in around the plastic, we're ready to come around the back side and connect our hook and loop. I'm going to give it one more tug just to make sure it's where we want it, and same thing here. Then we're going to bring it down, stretch it underneath our seat for both sides. Just like that. Now let's work on that headrest. We want to be sure and match the fabric up to your headrest. You can see on the back side we don't have a lot of fabric here. That's obviously going to match up with the back portion of our headrest. We'll put it on just like that. The easiest way to put that cover on is to go ahead and replace that headrest. Start in the front, I'm just going to kind of angle it on, and work my way on. You want t
