Cocktails made with "weird ingredients" are usually put together for shock value. What are the grossest things we can put in a cocktail as a dare kind of thing. But today, we aren't gonna do that. Today we put forth three cocktails that do indeed contain strange and arguably off-putting (seeming) flavor profiles and pairings made by bartenders, not as a dare, but as actual viable drinks meant for pleasure not pain.

2oz (60ml) Reyka Vodka
1/2oz to 1oz (15-30ml) Kosher Dill Pickle Brine
Dry vermouth rinse
10 mustard seeds
Garnish with a tiny pickle

Roe Your Boat

1.5oz (45ml) Vodka
1/4oz (7.5ml) White Creme de Cacao
1/4oz (7.5ml) Chocolate Liqueur
2 dashes Saline solution
Fish Roe Garnish
Lemon twist

Proud Mary

6 3/4oz (202ml) Jalapeño-Infused Vodka
13 1/2oz (405ml) Milk
10oz (300ml) Tomato Juice
4 1/4oz (127.5ml) simple syrup
4 1/4oz (127.5ml) lemon juice
1 1/4oz (37.5ml) water
Lemon wedge Celery stick
Spear of cornichon pickle and cherry tomatoes
