To get this outcome , you have to ally with at least 1 faction , Disfavored or Scarlet ( temporarily ) , then once you finish the Vendrien , betray your current ally to claim the Spire for yourself. Therefore begin the Chaotic Route for the game.

Because you are going to claim the Spire for yourself , you have to fight both of faction, the defending one and the attacking one in Vendrien's Keep. Heres my stragegy :
1. Rest to recover your combo uses and heal wounds.
2. Eat your best foods pre-battle.
3. Get your buffs ready pre-battle.
4. Use lore dialog to scare off 1 sage.
5.Begin the battle with your [Blade Grave's Gasp] combo to mass CC/Petrify your enemies. Folllow with [Fury's Rage] combo then order Verse to kill enemies backline , mages/archers.
6. Dont hesitate to use your healing potions , you should remain above 50% hp as the next battle will start right away when the first one is finished.
7. For the second battle with your ex faction , focus on the mage first , get your tank to hold the elite one ( Fifth Eye or Iron Marshal ) , ignore the third , he isnt much of a threat.
8. If you are fighting Fifth Eye like me , disengage right away when you see he is about to cast Wheel Of Pain , that skill is lethal. Once the mage dies , the rest of the battle should be easy.
