ALERT : Subscribers doesn't depends on country's population only. Subscribers may be from other countries as well.
Many people are just confused about total subscribers of countries.
I will let you make understand by an Example: Suppose You are from UK and subscribed a channel who is USA based YouTube channel so you would be counted as their(USA) subscribers.
and also if you subscribed to many YouTube channel from various countries so in that case you are counted as a subscriber in all those countries.
This is the list of top countries having highest number of YouTube subscribers(in Millions) from 2005(Since YouTube Started) to 2100(projected). When it comes to all-time subscribers, the United States once again holds the top spot, over two billion total subscribers across all channels however India hold over 1 billion subscribers and it is considered that india has gained these subscribers very fast. UK keeps holding 3rd position now and in future as well in terms of subscribers.
