Flu is viral in origin. Most of the time whenever there is a change in the weather, so the viruses gets activated and the persons will get affected with the flu. So all persons will not be affected. Those who are not following a good regime in the sense regular diet, nutritious diet rather and not taking proper sleep, good amount of fruits and vegetables in the diet, not doing a regular exercise. Those are the persons vulnerable for the recurrent flus.
