Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Arbi (ARvi) Taro root.
1 lbs Potato.
1 tsp Cumin seeds.
1 tsp Kalonji seeds.
4-5 Curry leafs.
1 tsp Turmeric.
1 tbsp Salt.
1 tbsp Paprika.
1 tbsp Coriander powder.
1/2 Onion.
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste.
1 Tomato.
1 tsp Garam masala.
Cilantro.
Green chili.
Recipe:
Add oil to a pan. Add cumin seeds, kalonji seeds, turmeric and curry leaf. Fry for 20 seconds. Add arvi and fry for 7 minutes. Take it out in a plate. In the same pan add potato. Fry for 5-7 minutes and take it out. Now add onion in the same pan. Once its translucent add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for another 30 seconds and add tomato. Cook masala for 5-7 minutes. Now add salt, paprika, coriander powder. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add fried arvi and potato. Add just a tbsp water. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook for 15 ,minutes. Once the potties and arvi is soft its done. Add garam masala, cilantro and green chili. Enjoy.
