Hello Folks!
So here’s a super simple recipe…but a brilliant one for Easter! Use the two follow sides of your Easter egg and fill it with a delicious cheesecake mix, and then decorate however you’d like :) I’m not overly creative…but you could make these amazing!!

What I used:
For the Easter egg
* 1 Large hollow chocolate egg (around 160g)
For the biscuit base
* 60g (2.1 oz) Digestive biscuits - or any biscuit you prefer
* 25 g (0.8 oz) Butter or baking spread melted
For the cheesecake
* 235g (8.2 oz) Full fat cream cheese
* 40g (1.4 oz) Icing sugar
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract
* 95ml (3.3 oz) Double cream - heavy cream if you’re in the States
Decorate and get creative!
* Runny caramel
* 300ml (10.1 oz) Double cream - whipped
* Mini eggs
* Kit Kat bunnies
* Chocolate balls
* Fondant mini carrots
* Jelly beans
* Chocolate curls
