However, while she heaped on various shining rings, discernibly missing from her hand was her precious stone sparkler from Lletget.
One week after the Instagram account @ja29poo accused Becky G's fiancé of cheating, she made an appearance on the red carpet. The account's creator claimed to have had an affair with Lletget in February.
The Instagram user's Story was translated into English and read, "I will upload the videos of that night at the Shoko nightclub, where I was present with Sebastion [sic] Lletget, @iambeckyg's boyfriend."
They asserted that they were unable to post all of the alleged evidence due to the fact that some of it is "very intimate," including a "video of Sebastian naked." The individual also provided audio recordings and some of their alleged DMs.
subsequently apologized for an error on social media on Monday without providing additional details.
He wrote, "A 10 minute lapse in judgment resulted in an extortion plot over the last several weeks, during a moment I deeply regret."
"Since this person did not get what they wanted, it has now become a public social media spectacle filled with more lies than truth, as well as false posts aimed at the love of my life, the one person I should never take for granted or put in danger," the author writes.
Even though Lleget stated that he had "never" met the "anonymous internet stalker," he admitted that he had crossed "boundaries of lines that should never be crossed" and referred to the experience as a "wake-up call."
An unidentified Instagram account had made the accusation that Lletget had been cheating on the singer.
He went on to say that throughout his career, he had been concealing "personal trauma and acute anxiety," and that the recent "chaos & pain" of his actions inspired him to start a "mental wellness program."
After six years of dating, Lletget proposed to his fiancee in December and ended the post by apologizing to her.
“Becky, you have always shown me unconditional love, and you have been the light and strength in my life. I have hurt you and disrespected the one person I love more than anything, instead of honoring that love every day.
"I am so heartbroken and realize I need to take the necessary steps to procure back the trust and cherish you merit."
Becky G presently can't seem to freely address the tricking tales or her life partner's assertion, and neither her nor Lletget's reps have answered Page Six's solicitation for input.
