Balangan was one of the first beaches to open up again after Bali's Covid-19 lockdown, and turning up to some clean stacked lines was definitely a very welcome sight.
An overhead long-period groundswell and lowish tide provided some pretty good waves. It was definitely a bit sectiony due to a lot of South in the swell, but there were still some nice rides to be had.
