The Karabakh Foundation presents the Nomad Dancers performing Raghse Daf at the 2011 Textile Museum Outdoor Festival on June 4. Raghse Daf or Drum Dance is a contemporary fusion of music and dance themes from Azeri and Persian heritage. In Azerbaijan, the Ghaval, or frame drum, is the most popular accompaniment for traditional folk dances.
