Throughout Dragon Age lore, the numbers 7 and 9 have appeared multiple times. Coincidentally, these numbers are associated with Rook from Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Solas, respectively. The 7 is the Chariot, the 9 is The Hermit. These numbers bear importance to Elven lore, Tevinter history, and appear in the Chant of Light of Andrastean Thedosians as well. How they reflect to what we know of the story so far is quite accurate.
