Start of by preheating your ZGrills to 225 degrees. Cut your pork belly on the meat side but not all the way through, slather the pork belly with white vinegar and season with salt. Season the meat side with your favorite seasoning. After place in on the grill for 2 hours, after 2 hours remove pork belly and crank your heat up to high, about 450 degrees. After place your pork belly back on the for 30 min, after 30 min flip skin side, check within 20 min to see if skin got nice and crispy if not leave for an additional 10 min. Rest it for 10 mon then cut into and enjoy that crispy skin.
