Turns out...I've been an idiot. That's right, I've never tried Sierra Nevada Pale Ale before. Why? Well, we go in to that in the video, but it's time to right my wrongs and get some Sierra Nevada Pale Ale sloshing around my tastebuds.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, as I've recently learnt, has been a monumental factor in the Pale Ale and IPA and Craft Beer market, primarily in the US, but in recent years in the UK also. Making my lack of knowledge of Sierra Nevada to this point, pretty ridiculous.

Many beers make some bold claims. But few beers can claim to have started a revolution. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a beer that can. This beer genuinely started a revolution in the USA. The first beer to feature Cascade hops, described as like an explosion in your mouth.
