Dhaga Kabab
Ingredients:
Beef Mince 1 kg
Brown onion (Grinded) 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Ginger garlic (chopped) 3 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Oil (for brushing)
Directions:
1. In a chopper add mince, brown onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, garam masala powder, coriander seeds crushed, cumin seeds crushed, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, poppy seeds. Chop it well.
2. Now take a handful of mixture and tread it on skewers in seekh kabab shape. Wrap the thread around these kababs.
3. Now grill them on heated coal pieces until they are fully done. Brush oil while grilling.
4. Now remove the thread and serve. Your Dhaga Kabab are ready.
