But you may also have it with Rice or Rotis ... Labra Sabzi has a unique flavour to it which makes it very special and delicious... Do try this out!
Ingredients:-

Mustard Oil - 2 - 4 Table spoon
Bay Leaf - 2
Dried Red Chillies - 2-3
Panch Phoron - 1.5 teaspoon
Hing - less than 1/2 teaspoon
Cube Potato - 3-4 Pieces
Chopped Carrots - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower Florets - 1 cup
Cubed Pumpkin - 1 cup
Chopped Brinjal - 1 -2 pieces
Spinach- 250 grms
Chopped Tomatoes- 1piece
Sem - 1 cup
Barbatti- 1 cup
Radish/Moli - 1 cup
Grated Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1 & 1/2 glass of water
Slit Green Chillies - 2- 3
Cumin Powder - 1.5 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppee/Golki powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Sugar - to taste
Daal Bari - 1 cup
You can add any green vegetable as per your choice I used what all I had at home.
