Hello beautiful people! In this video I’m going to try Han So Hee diet + workout and I will be eating and exercising like famous Korean actress for 3 days.
I really loved Han So Hee in Nevertheless, it’s actually one of my favorite K dramas so far and she was also amazing in Netflix tv show My name. So, I though it would be interesting to do a research on her diet and her lifestyle in general to figure out what she’s eating on daily basis, how she exercises and staying fit.
This is not a strict Kpop diet, we will have a realistic meal plan and I’m not going to restrict myself too much. I’m doing this just for fun – not for the weight loss.
