On the premise of ensuring quality, the overlap width of the seam between the geomembrane and the geomembrane is generally not less than 10cm, and the welding seam is usually arranged in parallel to the maximum slope, that is, along the slope direction. Usually in corners and deformed areas, the length of the joint should be as short as possible.
The flexible membrane liner for the artificial lake should be powered by a generator with good voltage stabilization performance when welding, and a voltage stabilizer must be used when local electricity is used in special circumstances. When laying the flexible membrane liner, we should avoid artificial wrinkles. When the temperature is low, it should be tightened and flattened as much as possible. After laying, try to minimize walking on the membrane surface, moving tools, etc. Anything that can cause harm to the membrane should not be placed on the membrane or carried on the HDPE geomembrane to avoid accidental damage to the flexible membrane liner.
