We've put together an edit of some of our previous videos to hammer home an important point that we have been emphasizing over and over : PHYSICIANS, NPs, AND PA's SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK THEIR MEDICAL GROUPS ABOUT HOW AND WHY THEY ARE GETTING PAID WHAT THEY ARE GETTING PAID!
Of course, a good medical practitioner's focus is on their patients, however,
physicians are IN DEMAND and deserve to understand their compensation and be compensated fairly by their medical groups!

Reimbursement Rx draws from years of experience in running medical practices to help new and established physicians navigate the complicated business side of medicine.
Why Reimbursement Rx?
It's unfortunate, but the vast majority of newly graduated residents and fellows do NOT understand the business of medicine.
Worse still, most established doctors don't either.
The truth of the matter is that new and established doctors sign contracts without really knowing what they are getting into.
This means that first year doctors sign contracts with big hospitals and medical foundations not fully knowing how and why they are being paid, so they grow to feel like they are being "used" and taken advantage of by the system.
Meanwhile, established doctors often get too complacent and passive when it comes to negotiating better deals for themselves. The end result: doctors are not being compensated as fairly as they could be.
This is why it’s our aim to teach residents and doctors what residency does not, and what hospital systems don’t want you to know!
