A new type of straight seam welded pipe inner burr removal device，
The device adopts an annular scraper,
which has a 360° scraping blade and is in contact with the arc of the inner wall of the pipe,
so the scraper has a long service life and high scraping quality.
The scraping position of the blade in the circumferential direction of the welded pipe can be adjusted freely outside the pipe through the adjusting mechanism,
without pipe cutting operation, and has a reliable fixing mechanism.
The internal burr removal quality can be preset by the fine-tuning mechanism,
and the scraping accuracy can also be adjusted online.
The device has two series of mechanical type and hydraulic type,
suitable for pipe inner diameter range: φ26~φ600mm.
The hydraulic straight seam welded pipe inner burr removal device has a hydraulic automatic tool retraction mechanism.
The adoption of this mechanism reduces or even avoids the sudden stop,
start and ring welding of strip steel.
