After World War II, where humans wiped out three percent of the world's population, global leaders began discussing the idea of having one world government to avoid repeating the mistakes made over the previous 25 years.
The idea quickly fizzled out, but they might have been on to something. What problems could this solve? Who would be put in charge? And how could it all go terribly wrong?
