Darian and myself go on adventure to Catch, Clean and cook a very underrated fish. The Gar is not often pursued as a game fish let alone as table fare. I show how we find these prehistoric fish, what we do to catch them, how I cleaned them as well as prepared them to be cooked. Gar was by far the best fish I have ever eaten and like I said so underrated and often see as a trash fish. ENJOY!
