Our very own mighty Ultimate Performance 'Thor', personal trainer Jay Wallace, brought down Asgardian thunder when we road-tested some new leg workouts for students on the U.P. Leg Hypertrophy Camp.
This giant set workout is not an exercise performed with perfect form, it is not to be done by beginners, but it is designed to teach you what super high-intensity training is all about so that next time you push past your own limit. Thor, we salute you!
