This Lemon Garlic Greek Yogurt Chicken is So Delicious and Tender You'll Never Go Back!

In today's video, we show you how to make delicious Greek Yogurt Chicken which is packed with the wonderful flavours of the Mediterranean. The Greek Yogurt marinade helps to tenderize the chicken, resulting in moist and tender chicken. You can cook the Lemon Garlic Greek Yogurt Chicken in the oven, under the grill, on the barbecue or even on the stove. To make the Greek Yogurt Chicken Recipe, you will need:
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
4-5 crushed garlic cloves
juice of one small lemon
4 tbs Greek style yogurt
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
optional: 1 tsp sumac
We used baby chicken pieces, but you can use chicken legs or chicken thighs too.
*Note: use the excess marinade to baste the chicken once or twice during the cooking process
