✅ Fried Tilapia with Chili Sauce

- 1 Tilapia fish
- Oil 700 ml
👉 Ingredients sauce/ Recipes
- Oil 3 tbsp
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 20 Red Thai Chilies
- 1 Stalk Coriander
- 4 tbsp Boiled Tamarind Juice
- 4 tbsp Fish sauce
- 4 tbsp Palm sugar
- Water 100 ml
Blend the chili with coriander root thoroughly, then add the garlic and blend it roughly. Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into the pan, wait until the oil is hot. Add spices and stir. Add boiled tamarind juice, palm sugar, fish sauce, water and stir well. And taste .
(Use medium heat to make the sauce.)
Clean the Tilapia fish, pat the fish surface dry. Pour oil into the pan Wait until the oil is very hot. Then carefully add tilapia to fry 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of each fish) Then turn the other side of the fish to fry for 10 minutes. Then scoop it on a plate. Topped with 3 flavors sauces, spring coriander and red chili.
