Rice paper tteokbokki stuffed with cheese 🤤
These were trending in Korea recently! It’s so easy to make and WOW it’s so good too. I was really surprised honestly. Now hurry and go try it!
1. Use two rice paper wraps for each roll. Dip in warm water and wait until it softens. Don’t use water that’s too hot! It’ll make rips in the rice paper.
2. Fold the 2 rice papers 1/3 of the way, then simply roll it up tightly until you reach the end. Cut into bite size pieces.
3. For the cheese version: place 2 rice papers on top of each other and cut it in half. Then cut your mozzarella stick to fit the rice paper. Dip the rice paper in warm water, then place the cheese about 1/3 of the way. Fold the rice paper over the cheese, then fold over both sides so the cheese is completely covered. Then simply start rolling it towards the end.
4. Prepare your sauce (recipe on my website in my bio) and cook just like normal rice cakes. Make sure to add the cheese ones towards the end since you don’t wanna over cook it!
