Murdered: Soul Suspect - Walkthrough - Part 03. Apartment 4A

Apartment 4A is the third investigation area in the game and is found in the apartment building.
After completing the investigation in the Street, follow the officer into the apartment building.
Objective: Get to the Fourth Floor Apartment
Find the way around to the North Stairwell and head up to find the Ghost Girl drawing on the walls.
Make the way around to the South Stairwell and attempt to head up, only to come face to face with a demon.
This is the first of what will be many areas in the game that are overrun by demons.
This demon will have to be executed in order for Ronan to reach the third floor. Sneak up behind it and follow the button prompts to execute it then head into the stairwell again and go on up to the third floor.
The third floor is full of demons, but it is possible to evade them and get to the north stairwell without executing any. Find the way to the stairwell and head up to the fourth floor.
Find the door to Apartment 4A cracked open on the left side of the hallway and head in.
Objective: Search the Apartment for Clues
Once inside the apartment, it's time to investigate.
Question #1 - Why Was The Killer Here?
Clues:
Baxter Looking for the Girl - Unlocks automatically after entering the room.
Mom's Gift - Inspect the gun on the floor (evidence marker #7).
Signs of a Struggle - Inspect the debris on the floor (evidence marker #8).
Damaged Wall - Inspect the crack on the wall (above evidence marker #9).
Shattered Window - Inspect the shattered window (behind the yellow caution tape).
Missing Persons Request - Examine the details of the papers on the counter next to the stove.
The Searching Killer - Reveal the residue of the killer near the open door, then analyze the details. Choose the two correct terms to launch the memory and collect the clue. Solution: "Searching" and "Purposeful"
Mysterious Sketches - On floor in mostly empty side room.
Hiding Witness - Reveal the girl hiding next to the door of the bedroom to the right of the shattered window. Choose the correct words to reveal the clue. Solution: Watching, Frightened, Hiding
Book About Ghosts - On table against wall, opposite shattered window.
When the clues have been gathered, choose "Find and Answer" and select the two relevant clues.
Why Was the Killer Here?
Solution: The Searching Killer; Hiding Witness
Question #2: Where Did The Girl Go?
Clues:
Possible Target - Unlocks after correctly answers "Why Was the Killer Here?"
Obscured Photos - Inspect the photos under the policeman's hand on the kitchen counter.
Photos of Witness - Possess the policeman in the kitchen and choose "influence". Select the relevant clue to unlock the memory. Solution: Obscured Photos
The Church - "Focus" on the photos on the counter in the kitchen after the policeman has wandered away. Choose the photo that is making the sounds. Solution: Priest
Choose "Conclude Investigation", which will unlock the "My Only Lead" clue.
Objective: Exit the Apartment
Head out the window in Apartment 4A (the one that isn't taped off).
