Juveniles are being caught up in the continued gun violence in Baltimore city both as victims and suspects. And police are once again asking for the public's help to find another accused young offender.
The search is on for the suspect in the shooting death of 16-year-old Izaiah Carter. The teen was gunned down in a park near Patterson High School where he was a student.
It happened one week ago Monday, March 6.
One week later, still no arrest. Baltimore police said only, "the investigation is ongoing."
