Yahoo! Toolbar is something that users of Internet Explorer often want to remove. This tutorial is going to show you how to remove yahoo toolbar from internet explorer.

Step # 1 -- Open the Control Panel

Click on the "Start" button. In the "Start Menu" in the right hand column you will see the option for "Control Panel" click on this and the "Control Panel" will open.

Step # 2 -- Opening the Uninstall a Program Window

In "Control Panel" you will have several options, under the "Programs" heading you will see "Uninstall a program". Click on this and a new window will open and a list of programs will populate, wait for the computer to build this list.

Step # 3 -- Locating Yahoo! Toolbar in the List and Uninstalling

Finding how to remove yahoo toolbar from internet explorer is much like removing any other program from the computer. Find Yahoo! Toolbar in the list and right click on it. A menu with a single option will appear, click "Uninstall".

Step # 4 -- Confirming and Completing the Process

A dialog box will then appear asking you to confirm the uninstall, click "Yes". The uninstaller will run and you will be asked whether you want to provide any feedback, click "No". The Yahoo! Toolbar will have been successfully removed, click "Close" in the dialog box and next time you open Internet Explorer the Yahoo! Toolbar will be gone.
