This fight was difficult at first and wasted many deaths against him. However it became significantly easier after learning a few tricks.

- Using the Fireworks prosthetic tool makes this fight a cakewalk as it stuns him for incredibly long, giving you ample time to rack up that posture damage.

- I recommend clearing out all the small enemies first before taking on Juzou. Works even better if you can lose Juzou's aggro afterwards so you can sneak back in and land an easy deathblow to start the fight. Yes it's admittedly cheesy but it works lol.

- There's an NPC nearby who can aid you in the fight, aka Soulsborne co-op fashion.

If you combo all of this together it makes the fight go from annoyingly difficult to incredibly easy.
