Ingredients and directions for the steak:
Cube steak
Garlic powder (lots)
Onion powder
Smoked paprika
Black pepper
Fine sea salt
Shredded cheese (your choice I used Colby Jack and fiesta blend)
Package of egg roll wrappers
Butter
Minced garlic
Parsley
Season your cube steak both sides with the above seasonings don’t be shy with the garlic
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
To a hot pan add a drizzle of olive oil and cook steaks for 6-8 minutes on both sides
Remove and let rest on a wire rack
Slice steak and set aside
Melt a stick of butter with two tablespoons of minced garlic
Wet all 4 sides of your wrapper brush on your butter mixture
Add a few slices of steak and cheese roll the egg roll according to the directions
Fry the egg rolls for 6-8 minutes in batches in a pot of canola oil that has been heated to 350 degrees
Remove the egg rolls and drain on a wire rack brush the remaining melted garlic and butter on the egg rolls serve with the dipping sauce
Avocado horseradish dipping sauce
1/2 avocado (mashed)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
In bowl mix all ingredients together well set in fridge to chill until ready to serve!
