Today's workout is a 20 minute dumbbell leg workout that will target your entire lower body! Your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core will be tested!
For your reference, I am using 2 x 25lb dumbbells If you have access to only lighter weights than you may like, simply do more reps per 40 seconds!
Even though this is a leg workout with dumbbells as demonstrated, you can use kettlebells or filled water bottles!
