Eddie at the desk was very nice. I got my room key and opened the door and I got really sick. It smelt of heavy chemicals the fireman I called said was Lysol. Our room was infested with cockroaches. The bed was never changed and had food on it. The floors were wet, because water was flowing out of there walls in room 125. The towels that were hung up were used and soiled. I went to the front desk. I told EDDIE to go to the room and smell it. He sent someone else and confirmed everything. He gave me the general manager’s name- K. Vora and the phone number 580-280-2300. 3100 NW Cashe Road Lawton, OK 72505. I walked to try to find food, but I still had the chemical in my lungs. I went back to the hotel and told them I can’t breathe and I want my money back. Eddie said to call K in the morning. I went outside and called 911. I had the ambulance, fire, paramedics and police there to help me and to go smell that room. I was driven to the hospital by police, because Covid protocols would not allow my family to travel to the hospital with me. I was put on oxygen for an hour, before my lips got rid of the taste of chemicals. I still had it in my throat and mouth though. I feel that if I didn’t call the ambulance to get help, that I would not have gotten my money back, due to their non-refund or exchange policy they I’v use with Priceline. They should be taken off Priceline’s platform and all platforms. To save less than ten dollars, they will blanket you with a non-refundable room. That is criminal, so if you get a room that is not clean and has bugs and smells, you should take legal action against them. Not once did Eddie offer to call the ambulance or smell the room for me. I take so many medications, Mr body has a chemical breakdown and I had a panic attack. Do not rent these rooms for free. It is not worth the pain and distress you we’ll get out of the deal.
