❤ INGREDIENTS for Soy Glazed Salmon marinade:
Sashimi grade salmon or salmon filets
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Honey
6 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon brown sugar
Lemon to squeeze on salmon (optional)
Baby broccoli (optional)
Spring mix salad (optional)
❤ DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, melted butter, and olive oil to create the marinade for salmon.
Place salmon filets in a container and pour marinade on top, close container and shake then store in refridgerator for at least 2 hours to marinate. When ready to cook the salmon place salmon on broiling pan and broil at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and longer if you like your salmon well done. Enjoy with veggies of your choice, salad and perhaps some garlic bread.
