First up I just want to say that this issue has changed quite a bit since I first uploaded the video!
HOWEVER! YouTube Playlists, Watch Later, Like Videos, etc are all bugged and have random problems.
➤ If you are lucky enough to have some playlists still I strongly suggest backing them up.
If you have recently opened YouTube to find that your playlists are gone. This video will show you where you can find them (in most cases)
This is just a glitch/bug that should be resolved in time.
