How to count characters in Word? That's quite simple. In this video I am going to show you how to check the character count and the word count in Microsoft Word.
Procedure:
To check the word count in Word we simply need to look at the bottom left corner in the Microsoft Word programm. If you cannot find the word count there, you will find it in another place together with the character count.
Go to the "Review" tab and click on "Word count". A new dialog will open and there you will be able to find the character count.
Why all that?
We writing a paper or a homework document you might need to reach a specific character and word count. In order to reach this limit you need to know how many characters or word are in your document.
