On the ninth International Day of Yoga, Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS) welcomes you to join an introductory session on yoga-meditation. YSS sannyasi Swami Smaranananda Giri will conduct a guided meditation session in English on Saturday, June 17 introducing the participants to the basics of meditation which will include the practice of the correct posture, preliminary breathing exercises, an affirmation, and a visualization.
This programme is open to all.
It will also be available for later viewing.
