How to make flavourful , layered Prawn Biryani?

This is a detailed recipe for the Prawn biryani you would love making and serving in your parties and your family.
You make it ones and there will be demanding this every time.
Ingredients ( serves 5- 7 )
prawns small - 300 gms after cleaning
marinate with salt
turmeric powder/haldi- 1/4 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Wash & soak Basmati Rice- 2 cups for atleast 2 hours with all the whole spices and whole garam masala.
After minimum of 2 hrs cook the rice with some salt & ghee in the boiling water until 80% cooked. Open the lid & keep it from further cooking until we finish cooking the Prawn curry for layering.
preparation:
Deep fry 3 onions (finely sliced)till golden brown & crispy.
finely chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
mint leaves- 1/2 bunch
soak a generous pinch of Saffron in 1/4 cup of hot milk
For the Curry( ingredients)
cooking oil - 2 tbsp
jeera - 1/2 tsp
cinnamon - 1 inch
Bay 🍃leaves/ tej pattha - 2
laung/ cloves - 3
chopped green chilli- 2 according to ur spice level
garlic chopped - 8- 10
ginger chopped- 1 inch
tomato 🍅- 2 roughly chopped
add salt & cook until mushy
now add the spice powders
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
biryani powder - 1 tsp
jeera/ cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
dhania/ coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
roast well.
now add the prawns. cook until prawns just 3 /4 cooked. Don't make the shell fish rubbery.
Add half of the fried onions, coriander leaves & mint 🍃 leaves. give a minute cooking.
Now layer the rice & curry by adding some fried onions, ghee, coriander & mint leaves and Saffron milk in between every layer.
Keep on a pan with water on low flame 🔥& dum for 20 - 30 minutes.
Enjoy with some Raita .
