Imphal (Manipur), Aug 9 (ANI): Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Monday inaugurated the much-awaited Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen plant in Chandel District Hospital to stay prepared for possible third wave of COVID-19. The newly inaugurated PSA oxygen plant has a refilling capacity of 100 KL for 200 D-type oxygen cylinders per day, informed CM Biren Singh. Other Ministers and dignitaries attended the event.
