The message to all us Londoners is loud and clear "follow the rules or police will take tougher action to enforce them". The head of the Met said today it was "preposterous" that anyone could be unaware of the need to follow lockdown measures. However, there has been some confusion over some of the guidelines, not least outdoor exercise.
