3 medium onions
4 tbs fennel
4 tbs coriander seeds
2 anise flower
2 cinnamon sticks
10 to 12 bay leaves
2 inch dried ginger piece
1 tbs dried ginger powder
3 liters water
1 tbs salt
1 tsp turmeric(optional)
1 and 1/2 kg beef piece (raan ka gosht)
3 tbs red chili powder
8 tbs white flour
peepli 4 pieces whole
6 to 7 black cardamom
cook for 1 hour
2 tsp mughlai garam masala
