In this 10 minute reiki & meditation session we take a look at how our natural abilities to hear divine guidance, communicate telepathically, heal ourselves and others and carry out divination is affected and disrupted by the world we live in.

Together we will bring our minds back to the present moment and into a state of relaxation using reiki. Following on from this you will be guided through a short but effective meditation for picking up divine guidance. We all channel divine guidance differently so just go with the flow and see what comes up for you.
