Vintage Parts are old gears and parts of weapons and such that can be found all around Medici. Gathering all of them will unlock Film Noir Mode (Black and White screen) for your game.
If you collect all in a province, you will gain a weapon in your Rebel Drop list, in this case it is an airplane called Carmen Albatross.
