Hey OR peeps! Loading and unloading a blade is intimidating, not gonna lie. Borderline thinking, I GOT THIS, and the other, MY FINGERS ARE GOING TO GET SLICED. Lol, let's not freak out! There is a safe way!

Aligning the grooves is probably the most difficult part. You can definitely bend the blades and it does happen. Whatever you do, don't slice yourself. These blades are super sharppppppp. If you find yourself forcing it, take it out and do it again.

If you see your preceptor using their hands to load it, DONT DO IT. Do it safely. These techs have been doing it for a very long time and they have the skills to do this. You, as a new student, please don't do it.

Tip!
1. Use a needle driver to hold the tip of the blade at an angle.
2. Align tbe grooves.
3. It should just snap but if it doesn't, do it again.
